Stamping brushes are a great way for Every program to be able to use the brushes so I will tell you how to stamp brushes on PSCS2 once you come accross a brush stamp that you like :D

1. Select a brush you would like to stamp, I will be using this set which is a Bullseye brush from Audiorush.org.
2. Start off by selecting one of the brushes from the set. For this brush I will be using the Marquee Tool Here is how mine looks so far:

3. Next go to Edit >> Define Brush

4. Now the brush name will pop up here is an example:

TURN THIS: brush.jpg
INTO THIS: brush.abr or any other ending at the end of the brush name such as png, gif, bmp and click okay. And now you have your brush ;D
