1. Choose an image. I'll be using a Jessica Simpson one below. This image was taken from here.

2. Crop the picture, I chose 100 x 100, you can also use 96 x 96 for MSN icons and open up your layer palette.

3. Duplicate the base layer and set it to screen at 50% by going to LAYER >> DUPLICATE LAYER >> OK

4. Next, create a new layer and fill it with the color #9400FF. Set it to Multiply at 19%.

5. Now create another new layer and fill it with the color #C6DF10. Set it to Saturation at 24%.

6. Then create another new layer and fill it with #E7E3E7, set it to Overlay at 37%.

7. After that, go to LAYER >> NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER >> SELECTIVE COLOR... >> OK and match your settings to mine:

And your done!
